Dispersant selection criteria

A good dispersant should meet the following requirements:
1. Good dispersion performance, preventing filler particles from aggregating with each other;
2. Appropriate compatibility with resin and fillers; good thermal stability;
3. Good fluidity during molding and processing; does not cause color drift;
4. Does not affect the performance of the product; non-toxic and cheap.
The dosage of dispersant is generally 5% of the mass of the masterbatch.
