As a super disintegrant in formulations, it rapidly swells and disintegrates the preparation, effectively improving drug dissolution and bioavailability, and adapting to wet granulation and direct compression processes. Products with different particle sizes are applied to different processing techniques, affecting disintegration time and tablet surface appearance.

As an adsorbent and complexing agent in formulations, it stabilizes active drug ingredients through complexation, improving drug release and bioavailability; drug release varies significantly with different particle sizes.

Used as a suspension stabilizer to reduce drug particle sedimentation and enhance the redispersibility of settled liquids.

The molecular structure is a highly physically cross-linked network structure with high capillary activity, enabling rapid water absorption; large specific surface area and strong water absorption and swelling capacity, but no high-viscosity gel formation.

Good plastic deformation and fluidity, excellent compressibility, and disintegration time is rarely affected by tableting force.

Strong reprocessing capability, capable of fully disintegrating potential after several wetting/drying cycles.
